Square in a Square Retreat in the Dallas Fort Worth area

Full Pay $860

Deposit 25% - can pay an additional 25% or 50% or full pay by March 15th

Total Balance Due by March 15th, 2025

What is included?

• All meals - they have continental breakfast and have two great home cooked meals each day of the retreat.
• Snacks - we will provide some snacks and drinks.  If you have something special that you want, bring or let us know.
• Overnight Rooms - they have rooms with 4 or 5 single beds in each room.  Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels all provided
• All teaching. We have special breakout teaching for everyone throughout the event. Focus is on a Square in a Square project - you can bring one or we can help you do pattern adapting over to the Square in a Square technique. Please submit your project ahead of time so we can coordinate special teaching time for you.
• 5 teachers on site each day to help you. They all are excellent at Square in a Square plus have other items that they specialize in such as applique, home machine quilting, color and placement. All of the teachers have taught at quilt shows, quilt guilds, Quilt Club Week, individual teaching.
• Large sewing room with amenities provided:  Some extension cords, irons, ironing tables, cutting mats, design walls, room to spread out.

What to bring:

• Sewing Machine - bring with you or ship ahead.  Don't forget all of your cords, foot pedals and sewing feet for machine.  Email steve@squareinasquare.com for help on shipping.
• Any sewing related tools - Rulers, rotary cutters, ripper, extra lighting, thread, wind bobbins ahead of trip.  If driving, please bring extension cords.  If flying, no need to bring extension cord.  
• Square in a Square projects you can bring from home or purchase kits on-site.  
• Any projects you need help:  Machine quilting, binding, borders, piecing or bring a pattern that you want to adapt over to Square in a Square technique. 
• Personal items - don't forget meds, comfy clothing
• Bring a friend
• If driving, bring favorite snack or drink.  We have snack bar area for storage.
