The 10th Anniversary Book has the pattern for the 12” block on page 20 & 21. You may also watch the video on the website for instructions.
This kit and quilt has 12 blocks: 3 across by 4 down. We did substitute the solid cream with the cream star. Follow the steps in the book or video class with the following changes.
Step 1: Option #1 center square – cut 48 – 2” cream
Sew 24 with 1 ¼” pink strips on two sides
Sew 24 with 1 ¼” gray strips on two sides
Sew all 48 with gray plaid on two sides
Step 2: Option # 11 – sew 12
Cut 3” center square background – cream star
Cut 1 ¾” row 1 strips – gray plaid
Cut 2 ¼” row 2 strips – cream star
Step 3: Cut 6 – 2 ½” gray squares
Cut 6 – 2 ½” pink squares
Border 1 – 1 ¼” gray plaid
Border 2 – 1 ¼” gray
Border 3 – 2” cream star
