This queen size beginner's quilt is one of our favorite patterns. Our new kit is made from "Celebrating Abe" fabric collection. The background fabric is the yellowish tan #7053 which is simply gorgeous. It adds a lovely antique tint and the large background squares are a great spot to show off your hand or machine quilting. We have used almost 20 prints of the fabric series to give it a scrappy look. When this quilt is hanging in our booth, we always sell out of the yellowish battleground basic #7053.
